How to turn on the WebFolder Option

This option is turned on as default. Go to your Control Panel. Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon. Click on add/remove programs on the left icon bar. In the window for program components click on Details for Internet Explorer. Check the Webfolder option (This setting is not available in Windows XP operating systems).  

How to turn on the Web FTP Option

This option is turned on as default. Go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer. Choose Internet Options. Click on the advanced tab. Check Enable folder view for FTP sites in the Browsing section.

Mac Upload problem

Q: I am uploading a batch of files from my Mac but only a few files convert correctly. All other files have a file size of 0K

A: It is likely that you interrupt the uploading process by clicking on the Inbox BEFORE the upload is finished.  Your Mac is writing all file names on our server before actually storing the files. If a user clicks on the Inbox before the upload is finished, the file conversion of all following files will fail as they have not arrived yet.
