Edit and Preview Assets
Use the 'Edit Image Data' screen to help manage all of your images and files. Here you are able to enter data associated with the images and files such as copyright, keywords, descriptions, and identifiers.
Click on the thumbnail image or icons to view a larger preview images and the file's meta data. 

 

  • Editors/Administrators: Click on the edit icon (pencil) to open the Edit Screen.
  • Viewers: Click on the thumbnail image to open the Preview Screen.

If you have the privilege to change data you will ALWAYS see the edit screen never the preview screen.

Toolbar Functions: The toolbar icons across the top can vary depending on your privilege settings. See toolbar functions for more details.
